Keyword Difficulty, in terms of search engine optimization and internet marketing, is a term that describes how difficult or easy it would be to create a peice of internet content, such as a blog post or web page, that is focused around a specific keyword phrase, and have that content show up on the first page of Google (and/or other search engines) if someone were to search the search engine with that keyword phrase.
