Start the Opera web browser.
Click the TOOLS menu item to open up the tools menu and click PREFERENCES. This will open Operas preferences dialog box.
Click the ADVANCED tab and then NETWORK.
Click the PROXY SERVERS button to open Operas proxy server settings.
Check the check box next to HTTP and enter the IP address and port number of your desired proxy server.
Click the OK buttons to close the dialog boxes and save proxy settings..
